Justin Hannah's "Consignment" has been chosen as an Official Selection at the Twin Rivers Media Festival (also known as the Twin Rivers Multimedia Festival), taking place in Asheville, North Carolina on May 17-19. "Consignment" was selected from approximately 500 films submitted by filmmakers from around the world.
2013 marks the 20th year for the three-day festival, which will screen 50 selections including world premiere feature films, shorts, drama, documentary and animated films. The screenings will take place in the River Arts District of Asheville.
The Courtyard Gallery and the Mechanical Eye of Hendersonville organize the festival each year. Speaking about the 2013 screenings, Cynthia Potter, the festival coordinator, said that "this year's festival is bigger and more prestigious, with films coming from every corner of the world and the US."
"Consignment" is a stylish period drama written and directed by Justin Hannah, starring Abbra Smallwood, Margaret Wuertz, Jake Gilliam and Jessica McGill, with cinematography by Lee Clements and music by Robert Casal.
